I enjoyed the people side of the business. It was interesting to deal with benefits, personnel issues, salary, position descriptions, and other ideas that help to promote employees and to improve morale and company events. In addition, it is nice to look after the people. After all they are the reason for the company. The salary range for a human resources manager is broad and depends on experience and education. Media Planner – Media Planners deal with the media and marketing. They plan on the graphics for brochures and advertisements. They serve as the middle person between the media and marketing.
